| Job Description: |
As an Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's financial and operational processes are efficient, compliant, and effective. Preference will be given in Internal Audit, Fixed Assets Audit, Inventory/Stocks management Audit in FMCG. You will work closely with various departments to assess internal controls, identify areas for improvement, and help the organization achieve its objectives. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Perform financial audits to evaluate the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of financial records, transactions, and statements.
- Assess the efficiency and effectiveness of operational processes, identifying areas for optimization and recommending improvements.
- Identify and evaluate potential risks to the organization, including fraud, internal control weaknesses, and compliance issues.
- Maintain comprehensive audit documentation, including workpapers, findings, and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Provide actionable recommendations for process improvements, risk mitigation, and control enhancements.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and track progress towards resolving identified issues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in internal auditing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- (Masters Degree in accounting / Finance) & ACCA/ CA will be given preference.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and auditing standards.
- Proficiency in using audit software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
