Job Description:

We are hiring a female receptionist with the following Job Description 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and events

  • Prepare and manage documents, reports, and correspondence

  • Support basic HR and administrative tasks as required

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations

Requirements:

  • Female candidate, well-groomed and with a pleasant personality

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (BA/B.Com or equivalent preferred)

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Fluent in English and Urdu (spoken and written)

  • Punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented
