| Job Description: |
The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, operations, and maintenance of all machinery in injectionmolding section.
Responsibilities:
- To perform maintenance and troubleshooting of all the injection molding machines installed in the department.
- To plan and perform corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance of injection molding machines as per the maintenance schedule.
- To carry out the maintenance of auxiliary machinery like, Air dryers, chillers, main water connections, mixers, auto loaders etc.
- To minimize the downtime and lead the maintenance operation during troubleshooting, fault rectification, major repairs or replacement on machines.
- To ensure complete lubrication of all injection molding machines.
- To look after machine safety.
- To perform maintenance of process-related issues as per the production department's requirements in order to meet standard cycle times and quality requirements.
- To review and inspect machines daily for maintenance issues and report to the concerned authorities.
- Responsible for the proper handling and care of all materials, molds and tooling
