Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily electrical engineering operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability.
• Manage production schedules, optimize resource allocation, and control project costs.
• Design, develop, and improve electrical systems while conducting feasibility studies.
• Enforce safety regulations, industry standards, and compliance with electrical codes.
• Supervise and lead a team of engineers, technicians, and support staff.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues, implement quality control measures, and ensure system reliability.
• Maintain accurate documentation, prepare technical reports, and update management on progress.
• Require a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering with 7+ years of relevant experience
