| Job Description: |
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various channels, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media in a professional, timely, and friendly manner.

Issue Resolution:Assist customers in resolving product or service-related issues, ensuring their concerns are addressed efficiently and to their satisfaction.

Order Management:Process orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring accuracy and a smooth customer experience.

Product Knowledge:Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively answer customer questions and provide accurate information.

Customer Feedback:Collect customer feedback and report trends to management to help improve products and services.

Documentation:Accurately document customer interactions, including inquiries, issues, and resolutions, in the company’s CRM system.

Follow-up:Ensure follow-up communication with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and they are fully satisfied.

Team Collaboration:Work with other departments (sales, technical support, etc.) to address complex customer issues or escalations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer support or customer service role in international compaign.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly under pressure.
- Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, or related software.
- Graduation or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
