Job Description:

We are looking for 5 dynamic and motivated Assistants to support our Country Manager in Islamabad. This role offers a growth opportunity to become a departmental manager in the future. If you are ambitious, proactive, and eager to develop leadership skills, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Country Manager with daily administrative and operational tasks
  • Coordinate between different departments and ensure smooth workflow
  • Support in planning and executing business strategies
  • Conduct research, prepare reports, and analyze data for decision-making
  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners as needed
  • Handle scheduling, meetings, and document management
  • Learn and adapt to various business functions for future leadership roles

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English (Urdu is a plus)
