Job Description: |
You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service while driving sales through outbound calls. You will engage with potential and existing customers to present our products/services, address their needs, and close sales. Your role is vital in helping us achieve sales targets and providing an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to sell products/services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend the best solutions.
- Manage and maintain customer accounts.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers about products/services.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and objections professionally.
- Update customer records and sales data in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and achieve company goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferred, but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills (CRM experience is a plus).
