Job Description: |
We are expanding our team and seeking an experienced Call Center Agent to join us. If you have a passion for sales, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assisting customers with inquiries and provide information about Energy and Home Warranty products and services.
- Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Leveraging prior experience in Energy and Home Warranty campaigns to drive sales and customer retention.
- Utilizing persuasive communication skills to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Preparing and submiting regular reports on call activity and sales performance.
- Collaborating with team members and supervisors to improve processes and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in call center roles, specifically in Energy Home Warranty campaigns.
- Educational requirement: Intermediate (or equivalent).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, night-shift environment.
- Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems.
Work Schedule:
- Night shift from Monday to Friday.
- Fixed off on Saturday and Sunday.
