Job Description:

GWP Production

  • Take and discuss daily production plan and target plan from PPC, maintain the rigid inventory status.
  • Ensures PO opening and closing on time.
  • Check approval of shade band from the customer, assist in new wash trails/ developments and discuss its result with Plant Head and Quality Head for production run.
  • Identify and find ways to solve the technical and managerial washing, dyes quality issues, train the workers to carry out production plan effectively.
  • Assists them to reduce B-grade garments
  • Control shift production
  • Control production quality D.H.U %
  • Review sample loads for Bulk production.
  • Solve Minor production risk and discuss seniors for major risks during production.
  • Floor Management regarding 5-S

Implementation of Net Wash and Auto Dosing

  • Ensures implementation of auto-dosing in every recipe.
  • Resolves issues related to auto-dosing on floor.
  • Ensures utilization of chemicals at optimum level.
  • Maintains lowest chemical cost during month.

EHS Compliance

  • Liaison with EHS Team to ensure personal and team compliance with EHS protocols.
  • Guides the team members on safety protocols to minimize possible injuries.
