Job Description: |
- Build and implement a comprehensive Sales plan for the territory, including a timeline for the important steps.
- Identify potential markets and set up distributors;
- Ensure the primary and secondary sales targets in the territory;
- Order taking at the key accounts/LMTs/wholesalers; motivate the distributor at the town level;
- Design and implement trade/consumer promotions from time to time to boost sales;
- Work out the KPIs of sales executives; hire, train, delegate, motivate, assist and monitor the team of sales executive in the territory;
- Review and assess daily sales reporting; check for its accuracy and organize data for future use;
- Distributor handling; problem-solving at the distributor level; review and assess the claims from the distributors;
- Ensure the timely payment from key accounts as well as from distributors.
- Market intelligence; Analyzing competition; making recommendations.
