Job Description:

  1. Build and implement a comprehensive Sales plan for the territory, including a timeline for the important steps.

  2. Identify potential markets and set up distributors;

  3. Ensure the primary and secondary sales targets in the territory;

  4. Order taking at the key accounts/LMTs/wholesalers; motivate the distributor at the town level;

  5. Design and implement trade/consumer promotions from time to time to boost sales;

  6. Work out the KPIs of sales executives; hire, train, delegate, motivate, assist and monitor the team of sales executive in the territory;

  7. Review and assess daily sales reporting; check for its accuracy and organize data for future use;

  8. Distributor handling; problem-solving at the distributor level; review and assess the claims from the distributors;

  9. Ensure the timely payment from key accounts as well as from distributors.

  10. Market intelligence; Analyzing competition; making recommendations.
