Skyscrapers Pvt. Ltd is looking for a Web Designer, with an eye for design and a background in digital marketing.The position requires a blend of creative and technical disciplines. The candidate will be responsible for defining styles, layout, graphics, coding standards etc.

Job Description:

• Execute design consistency through the creation and maintenance of style guides to support established standards and best practices across all digital mediums for user interface. This includes; site organization, page layout, navigation, style sheets, graphical elements, fonts, and color palette.

• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and sitemaps to communicate interaction and design ideas.

• Design website layouts with industry standard programs, e.g. Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Collaborate with creative team and internal account teams to develop creative solutions and then translate those solutions through a variety of channels.

• Upgrade sites by updating content and graphics, monitoring performance and results, identifying and evaluating improvement options, introducing new technology, maintaining links.

• Responsive Web Design (RWD) to facilitate quality viewing experiences across a wide range of browsers, tablets and mobile devices.

Requirements:

• Advanced Photoshop and Illustrator skills.

• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Experience with conducting user research, usability testing etc.

• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization(CRO).

• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment).

• Understanding of layout aesthetics.

• Understanding of UI and UX design.

• Knowledge of SEO principles.

• An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent analytical and multitasking skills.

• Problem break down skills.

• Good communication skills (written and verbal).

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Arts, Visual Arts (HEC recognized university).

Candidates with relevant certifications in web designing will be preferred.

Experience:

• 2 years of related experience in a lead position focused on UI, UX, graphic design and Web publishing.

• Portfolio of electronic or printed samples demonstrating experience is required.

Salary Package: 30k - 45k
