An Ideal Candidate must have 1-10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing of services in the same capacity level.

The successful candidate must possess the followings key strengths & expertise.

- Proven Track Record of long term customer / client relationship management 

- Strong business communication & relationship marketing skills

- Explicit strong character and believe in his personal & professional life

- Strong Ability to mature the deals & transaction within time frame and meet the company sales targets. 

- Self-starter and self-motivated person to take initiatives to lead the sales as Leader. 

- Ability to learn the new things and accept day to day new challenges

- Give trainings and development to employee’s in-view of company's alignment and sales plans to achieve the results.  

A successful candidate must have the "Can Do Attitude Approach" to work with day to day challenges and must illustrate the great amount of confidence. 

An ideal candidate must have the Strength to set-up the targets and prepare business plan to achieve the monthly and periodical targets. 

Note: Candidate must have his own motorcycle/car.
