The candidate will be responsible to:
- Provide quality sales through live call and chat.
- Takes orders by obtaining and verifying information.
- Determine eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
- Prepare and send proposals to clients based on their requirements.
Suitable Profile for This Position:
- Must have experience in handling international clients via telephone, email and live chat.
- Must be available to work in night shifts (12:00 am - 8:30 am)
