Job Description:

One of the most well reputed real estate development companies is looking for a Building Manager for one of their luxury residential projects in Gulberg Lahore.

It is a permanent job with a very good pay, along with other perks and benefits. Selection criteria is tough and professional.

4. Efficient and good management skills who can manage the complete staff of a building without hiderance. 

5. Having good people's skill to interact with residents and their guests and make them feel comfortable, secure and content within their residences.

8. Positive attitude, the knowledge of importance of customer satisfaction is key.

9. Efficient in management and controls.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Drafting and scheduling a flow for the maintenance of the building and ensuring the work is being done according to the schedule and that the works are up to mark.

2. Building relations with the residents of the building and being directly in contact with them directly for all means and purposes within the job responsibilities. 

3. Ensuring the staff of the building are at duty on time and performing their duties as per requirements. 

4. Ensuiring and maintaining a professional, friendly and hospitable environment throught the builiding.

5. Keeping direct contact with all maintenance teams (in-house and outsourced) to get any and all work done as and when required. 

6. Keeping a control of any/all bookings of all communal areas by residents or their guests. 

7. Reporting all aspects of work and issues to higher management. 

8. Ensuring a safe a clean environment for all residents and their guests. 

9. Overseeing complete staff required for the running of the building. 

10. Taking charge of all petty purchases required for the building and the up-keep of ledger for all purchases (eg. diesel for generators etc)

11. Keeping a direct eye on the security staff and the store staff. Having reconciliation statements made on a monthly basis. 

12. Ensuring action being taken on complaints by residents. 

Other responsibilities and duties will be conveyed to the final applicants.
