Job Description: |
Finja Pvt Ltd is looking for highly motivated, disciplined and enthusiastic individuals for their Call Center team. Preferably 6 months of experience in a call center environment, however, fresh graduate are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Answer customer queries through incoming and outbound calls.
- Responding customers & organization's repute.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints.
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Document all calls information according to standard operating procedures.
- Make follow ups where necessary.
- Upsell products and services.
- Flexible to work in different shifts.
