Job Description:

Finja Pvt Ltd is looking for highly motivated, disciplined and enthusiastic individuals for their Call Center team. Preferably 6 months of experience in a call center environment, however, fresh graduate are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Answer customer queries through incoming and outbound calls.
  • Responding customers & organization's repute.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints.
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Document all calls information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Make follow ups  where necessary.
  • Upsell products and services.
  • Flexible to work in different shifts.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of customer service practices and principles,Data entry and typing skills,Excellent verbal,and written communication skill,Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
