• Manage catalog, orders and stores configurations.
• Manage and integrate all types of payment and shipping methods.
• Ability to create new extension involved frontend and/or backend flow.
• Modify and/or maintain an existing piece of functionality or extension.
• Work in legacy versions of Magento and be able to transform/convert into any other version (latest, legacy).
• Understand the request and order flow for proper features implementation and modifications.
• Ability to debug/diagnose and troubleshoot errors or process.
• Proactively provide the cost and time effective solutions/suggestions to enhance/improve and create functionality or process.
• Good knowledge of PHP OO.
• Best knowledge of file versioning system e.g. git and Fossil.
• Good knowledge of organizing, deployment and development process.
• A slight knowledge of frontend e.g. jQuery, Prototype.
• Good knowledge of package control system e.g. Bower and Composer.
• Magento Certification is a plus
