· Assessment of copy quality and maintenance of defined quality standards
· Assessment of team kpi's for individual resources
· Working with the marketing manager and wider marketing team to develop website content, ensuring that content sits at its heart
· Developing year round content plan that is based on campaign priorities with each piece of content having clear objectives and kpi’s
· Managing all stages of the content development, owning projects and delivering to tight deadlines
· Evaluating the performance of campaigns by analyzing results and impact of content to help develop and improve future campaigns
