Time and Tune is engaged in several turnkey projects across Pakistan. We require an experienced, qualified and mature civil engineer at our officein Karachi. The selected candidate will head a team of junior engineers, site supervisors and CAD technicians and represent the company at external meetings with client.Key Responsibilities:Experience ininfrastructure work and commercial buildingsTechnical advisory on civil scope of projectSurveying and record keepingChecking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculationsConsider construction costs, government regulations, potential environmental hazardsCross-check sub-contractor invoicesProvide cost estimates for materials, equipment, or laborUse design software (basic knowledge of AutoCAD)Use project management software (MS Project/Primavera)Oversee, surveying operations to establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide constructionHave knowledge of concept design, as-built drawings, detailed design, construction techniques, procurement routes, risk assessmentReporting and documentationProject management from initial enquiry to completion.
