| Job Description: |
- To develop strategic plans for projects, engineering operations and maintain existing facilities.
- To prepare policies and standard operating procedures related to Facilities Management.
- To develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- To develop engineering performance management & management report systems.
- Planning, Budgeting, Monitoring & Control of engineering environment.
- To prepare feasibilities of projects.
- To ensure the appropriate resource availability and allocation.
- To prepare and monitor work plans for engineering projects
- To ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and withinbudget.
