Recently, IRC has launched a 5 years’ USAID’s WEE Project primarily in five selected districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa with the objective to promote women’s social and economic empowerment through safe and dignified access to livelihoods opportunities, information, resources and services. The project will also facilitate NIC (National Identity Card) registration of 1.2 million women across 49 districts of Punjab, KP and Sindh in two years starting July 2020 by linking /bringing unregistered women at NADRA Registration Centers (NRCs) and facilitating Mobile Registration Vans (MRVs). Acquiring NIC will facilitate women in opening bank accounts, registering as voters, accessing credit, inheriting and owning property and accessing social protection benefits.

Job Overview/Summary: The IRC is seeking a multifaceted and self-motivated individual for the position of DEA for implementation of its NIC registration component under WEE Project. This position is Islamabad based and responsible for data entry of activities of this project component.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collect Means of Verification (MoVs), verify them (both manually and through Short Message Service (SMS) service of Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) and perform data entry.
• Coordinate with Zonal Managers to identify gaps and discrepancies in data and ensure data is entered in Management Information System (MIS) in timely manner
• Assist Data Quality Officer to generate periodic reports and trend analyses

Position coordinates with: Zonal Managers and Information Management Team

Requirements:

a) Education Requirements: Bachelors in Data Sciences/IT/Management

b) Work Experience Requirements:

• At least 2 years of work experience in data entry and reporting

c) Preferred Meaningful work experience:

• Prior experience of data management of women’s NIC registration projects in Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Sindh

d) Skills & Proficiencies:

• Good knowledge of English and Urdu languages
• Validated experience and track record of timely and high-quality completion of assignments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Flexible attitude towards receiving feedback.
