- Experience in deploying configuring and administration of MDM solutions.
- Microsoft Teams Deployment for Enterprise Environments
- Microsoft Teams integration with VOIP, Video Conferencing, PBX solutions
- Microsoft Teams migration hands-on from existing platforms like S4B,
- Able to configure Teams policies and can resolve call quality issues
- Federation Services and Single Sign-On (SSO) configuration and administration
- Domain Name Systems (DNS) configuration and administration
- Microsoft DirSync and AD integration configuration and administration
