Responsible for keeping a close eye on project deliverables. Ensuring that each milestone is achieved within due course of time without compromising the quality of work. Management of entire operations team and keeping a close eye on staff KPI's. Quality assurance best practice implementation experience. Agile scrum software delivery model experience. Strong collaboration and positive influence skills. Ability to work in a dynamic environment where priorities shift to respond to changing business needs. Positive, can-do, enthusiastic attitude. Well organized – thorough –detail-oriented. Self-motivated – self-directed. Meteorology knowledge a plus. Understand browser-specific compatibility issues. Experience in test automation scripting, test automation tools, test automation framework, test automation best practice.
