| Job Description: |
- Develop Strong Conceptual and Visual design skills for Storytelling.
- Sketch & Develop, Storyboards, Mood boards, Character & Environment Design.
- Supervise a team of Illustrators, animators and motion graphics artists.
- Communicate with management to develop an artistic approach and style.
- Coordinate activities with other artistic or creative departments.
- Develop and define projects pipeline & timelines
- Present Concepts and designs to Management for approval.
- Possess expertise of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Possess expertise of using Wacom Tablets or iPad for sketching.
- Display Strong verbal, visual and written communication skills.
- Perform consistently under Art Director direction.
- Prove relevant experience in a reputable studio or production house
- maintain good communication with the stockholders.
- Interact proactively with designers, programmers and other artists.
