Job Description: |
- Hostings House looking for a Technical Content Writer for an Email Automation software to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products.
- The candidate will be working with a Senior talented tech writer and work collaboratively with support staff, sales and marketing managers, and other experts to make our software easier to understand and use.
- The vacancy if most suitable for candidates who have command on advanced-level writing skills in English.
- The applicant who doesn’t have an exceptional command of technical writing skills is not suitable for this position.
Responsibilities
- Work with internal team to obtain an in-depth understanding of the software and the documentation requirements.
- Plan, develop and produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
- Write easy-to-understand technical content, online help and developer guide will be available but the candidate is also well-trained in the field of technology and taking snapshots of the product.
- Analyze and create technical documents and manuals, explain complex information in a clear and concise manner and working with trained staff to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions and snapshots.
- Excellent writing skills in Advanced level English in relevance to software writing.
