| Job Description: |
- You shall be responsible to carry out the following;
- Manage inbound and outbound calls
- Maintain data and keep record
- Meet team/person targets and batch completion quotas
- Coordinate with teachers and students
- Any other tasks assigned by management
- Must have gained at least 06 Months to 1 years’ experience in rendering live-chat support, Customer Services or Business Development to international / Local Clients.
