Prime responsibilities:
- Develop lead opportunities by qualifying accounts and collecting information that includes names, titles, addresses, phone numbers, email, budget and competitive information
- To make outbound calls to obtain qualified leads and book appointments for sales team to generate new business
- Using scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
Other responsibilities:
- To support sales team in calendar management - Undertake research to identify new organizations and markets for the sales and marketing team to target
- Customer research to understand levels of satisfaction and perceptions of the Company, its products and services

- The ability to build and develop strong business relationships
- Strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, pressured environment
