URGENT HIRING at INTERWOOD MOBEL PVT LTD.
General Job Summary:
· The head of corporate sales is in charge of leading the corporate team including design and sales and maximizing sales of the company. Corporate head is responsible for monitoring performance of teams and sales goals, and to ensure that business objectives are executed properly and right on schedule.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic Management:
- Plan and execute projects by applying product knowledge to meet specific customer needs.
- Ensure Sales Growth through lead generation.
Operational Efficiency and Value Addition:
- Responsible for achieving sales Target both industry & category wise.
- Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality products.
- Responsible for planning, organizing, scheduling and execution of projects from start to finish.
- Examine technical drawings and provide feedback to the design team according to the requirements of the project.
- Evaluate Industry and obtain information of new/ current project through various media.
- Ensure contract terms & conditions closest to IWM including payment terms, repercussion of payment terms & delivery schedule.
- Ensure effective communication with the clients, manage and provide update on cost and margins.
- Monitor operational activities of sites and projects.
Leadership
- Oversee training and development of team for Contract/ Project Management.
- Identify individuals suitable for filling important positions through succession planning.
- Ensure that each team member meets individual goals the overall sales goal of the company.
