| Job Description: |
- Conducting technical survey of CPIs / damage assessment in the villages
- Design and preparation of cost estimates of CPIs.
- Preparing sub project proposals for every individual CPI.
- Guiding and training of communities in implementation of water and sanitation schemes.
- Making case studies and reports of successful CPIs.
- Monitoring of schemes.
- Ensure quality of material
- Financial management of schemes funds
- Conducting training for Operation and maintenance schemes
- On job training of community during implementation of a CPI.
- Coordinate with staff in other organs of the programme
- Coordinate with visiting teams
- Ensure that project is implemented according to the plan
- Preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly work plans
- Reporting progress to Project Coordinator
- Preparing presentation in case of official visitor’s arrival in the office.
- Participation in the PPM and staff meetings
