| Job Description: |
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Answering and handling incoming phone calls, emails, inquires and requests in an appropriate manner
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
- Should have ability to manage the CEO's yearly calendar
- Scheduling and organizing appointments, meetings and conferences in timely manner
- Occasionally traveling with the CEO to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during meetings, presentations and events
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a discrete manner
- Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines
- Should be comfortable for outstation traveling and movement whenever required
- Should have ability to work for long hours
- Should have ability to produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations as per instructions of CEO
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Urdu Inpage and internet browser.
- Should have ability to multi-task and prioritize duties and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
- Should have ability to work with minimal supervision
- Or any other task assigned by the CEO
