A Candidate will support the responsibility of attaining sales and support activities of all Business units by interacting with customers using different communication mediums using a phone, email and chat. Candidate will work on Inbound Sales and Support calls, emails and chat.

• Guide customers for package details.
• Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with team leaders to achieve company goals.
• Develop relationships with clients, while maintaining existing client relationship
• Develop strong customer relationships in order to make high volume of future clients
• Knowledge in market research to identify new opportunities and engage with team leaders to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.
• All other tasks assign by Head of Department.
